Post graduate studies

 Hello everyone, this week I am going to talk about what I would like to specialize in the future. If I am going to be a food engineer I will have two big areas to develop my work, one is the investigation area where I can work with new aliments, new packages, methods to reduce the environmental impact, beside the other things. And in the other hand we have the industry area, where I will see quality process,  So one or another, I will enjoy both because nowadays I have not clear my decision on what speciality I want to do, I would need to have practices on both so in that way I will know what I want to do more clearly. I hope that I could study abroad, because this job is more developed in countries like the United States of America, Australia, Japan, Italy, Spain and Europe in general. Besides Chile does not invest in the investigation area, or the science area in general. And as a country we import a big amount of aliments, and export too. the best quality will always go ab...

My future Job

Today´s topic is about what I will do in the future. In my future job as a food engineer, I would love to work in something related to laboratory, in the investigation area, doing new aliments or improvement the packaging for food and drinks, but also if I have the possibility I would like to work in industry, seeing big amounts of food and working on the quality of the same, or inclusive tasting them. So, one or another, I would enjoy both because I like everything related to aliments. For this job I will work inside because food need to be very clean, imagine if I work outside sterilizing milk, it would be very disgusting for everyone. I will need a clean area to manipulate food. I always been passionate of travel, so I hope to travel a lot in my future job, because as much as I searched, this job is much better in countries like Australia, Japan, United states, and others.
