Today´s topic is about what I will do in the future. In my future job as a food engineer, I would love to work in something related to laboratory, in the investigation area, doing new aliments or improvement the packaging for food and drinks, but also if I have the possibility I would like to work in industry, seeing big amounts of food and working on the quality of the same, or inclusive tasting them. So, one or another, I would enjoy both because I like everything related to aliments. For this job I will work inside because food need to be very clean, imagine if I work outside sterilizing milk, it would be very disgusting for everyone. I will need a clean area to manipulate food. When the time to choose a career in my last year of school come to me, I have no idea what I wanted to study. Because I love every career and no one at the same time. I had a lot of choices, each one was very different between them, like architecture, medicine, psychology, vet. But no one convince me, I could not see me working in any of this career. Until I met food engineer in a university presentation. I think it was an instant crush because I always have been curious about biological process in general, chemistry, human body, food… the scientific way. So, when I found food engineer, I wanted to study it instantly.   I never have been fan of romantic movies, but one of my favorite ones has a little bit of love in it. Im talking about the best movie of all the times, which is ¨Life is Beautiful” or “La vita é bella” in its native language because, at first is like a comedy movie, with white jokes and a family friendly theme. But while the movie is going on, it takes a deep theme, because the central subject is about the world war II. Everything takes place when a Jewish man meets a woman and fall in love with her.   I am a person who travel a lot because my parents love to travel, I have been in so many countries, like Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Colombia, United States, etc. So one of my most memorable holidays were in summer 2017, I went to San Andres, Colombia for one week with my family and one friend of mine. In that time I wanted to initiate something like a traveler book, were I was going to write the day by day of my trip. hi everybody! I hope that you and your family are fine:) Today I am going talk about a country that i like to visit, if I could choose any place to visit, I would like to travel to Australia. You can start asking yourself, why? This country has big spiders, a lot of forest fire, summers with 40° and up. Well, despite of all, Australia also has beautiful landscape, one of the most famous places is Sydney opera house. Its located in Sydney, New South Wales. It gives place to concerts, opera and artistic things in general. You can see the structure and behind it, the bay with wonderful colors. Fun fact, Sydney opera house was near to the place were Dory and Marlin were finding Nemo. Other location that you can visit are the beaches, there is the Brighton beach; a place with colorful and iconic dressers, or Lucky Bay, were you can go to swim with kangaroos.
